TDA TVA Transfer to Mailbox only

I have obviously forgot a step. I have a few mailboxes that do not have extesnions. AA can transfer to them ok and the user can retrieve the messages. But because they do not use a port on the TDA to ring a phone the TDA does not recognise that the number is valid. I don't think I have ever done this on a TDA.

you could use group no as mailbox no: that way the system would reconise it. ie set up a grp in your number range ie 211 transfer the call from AA dial 1 to call xx and point it to grp 211.
do not assign any members to the group and set intercept to mailbox 211.

then your members only have to ring 211 to get there mailbox.

You need to set-up an Portable Station Ext. Number.That way when you VTR to Mailbox it would work. Program PC
1.2 Portable Station Number {LIke A Floating Ext. or Phat. Ext.}

you can set up a mess wait key for any mailbox on any Phone by programming the keys on a DPT.
you can access by pressing the key
