TDA-600 CLIP ID problems

Hi everyone,

this is my first post, I have a PBX panasonic TDA-600 and TDA-620 with four E1, and I have several extension configured as direct lines and each of them has the CLIP ID configured, but now, for a strange reason when a call is made from the extension, the main number is showing and not the configured number in CLIP ID.
For example, the main number is 66XX-8181 and the extension number is 66XX-8199, when the extension is calling to my smarthphone, the number that display is the 66XX-8181, and before it showed the number 66XX-8199.
So, some idea of where the problem may come from?
What configuration may be wrong?
What configuration do I have to change?

It could be the carrier problem if not sending the A number

Otherwise it could be the format of thr number you have set. It varies from providers

Thanks, I think is the carrier too, because I was checking all the configurations and everything is right, the format of the numbers is ok. So I called them to check if they did not modify something in their configuration that is blocking us, I hope so. They will call me back.
But, if they say that every is ok, do you have another idea?

Do you have the clip assigned on extension. On the sip trunk it will depends on account type. If sending user name it will be the carrier that will send the number. If it is a peer trunk you should have control of out going number and header should be set to pbx clip and not user
