tda-100d call forwarding 1

dear tek people

i am using a tda-100d system and am trying to set up call forwarding from one phone to another extension in the office.

i use the code *7102[extension number]#
that should forward both internal and external calls to the chosen extension

but after i set i up, only calls from inside the office are being forwarded, but external calls are not forwarded.

any ideas what could be the problem?

the calls to that phone would have to be dil 1:1 or ddi to the extension to allow fwd, if the call is coming to a group you could fwd group *7141(group no)(ext)#
