TDA 100d analog extension access trunk line but couldn't dial

Sir I m new to this field face problem that the TDA-100D trunk access dialing is correctly work on digital phones but assign analog extensions access the trunk but they couldn't dial a busy tone hear after dial 2,or 3 digits ARS, TRS, DTMF all checked there is no restrictions.
Please help

are you using a code/pin to call PSTN?
Is the permission level same as those of digital extensions?

check if the cos of the ext is the same as the digital phones.
check if the analog phones work as dtmf (switch on the analog phone)

There is no ARS or TRS enabled or denied codes for PSTN But I m worried the COS is same for digital and and analog. I access trunk on analog phone but dialing problem when I dial 2 or 3 digits a busy tone hearing.
