TDA 100 SMDR output Buard rate 1200

Hi, Guys

Does anyone can tell me how to change the RS323 Buard Rate to 1200 as from maintenance Console the lowest buard rate I can set is 2400.

It is relevent interface with hotel call accounting software, the current software customer is using is WinCall with CMS Call Collection, it is loaded on Win 95 PC and customer refuse to upgrade software and I have no way to find how to config CMS to 2400 or highter

The customer REFUSES to upgrade? Take his phone system out.
Looks like you're going to need a buffer box between the two devices. Something like an Omnitronix PS680 shows up on eBay for pennies on the dollar.

Finally I found the way to change the buard rate from WinCall to match TDA, but unfortunately the formate doesn’t match to TDA SMDR output, I believe it became my next task if I can find the company who installed the software which it was year 2000

Good luck as you will find it hard unless they have a major upgrade to their software.
