TD1232 paging to keyphones

we look after a TD1232 which uses the paging feature thru the keyphone speakers. Every now and then one of the keyphones will stop recieving voice pages. The keyphones are 7330's, the keyphone will beep to announce the call , but no speech path, the speakers are O.K. because you can listen to BGM. I hae made sure BGM is turned off. The only fix so far is to download the program file, default the switch and reload the program, the other work aroung is to install a digital keyphone (7433) which works fine also. I suspect someone is entering a feature code by mistake, but a 790# doeasnt work
Anyone else have any ideas?

Put good phone at that ext. that is having the problem .
Check if it the phone also check the the phone at another ext .

Wouln't think it was the phone as it starts working on its own after a download/upload.
