TCP read errors

420 tcp read error messages can be caused by a number of different things. In GroupWise 5.5 you should enter the address in the To: line in the following format:
userid@domainname
A common problem is addressing it in the following format:
Internet:userid@domainname
If internet addressing is turned on then you can remove the Internet: from the beginning of the address.
You might want to look at the following things to help you in determining the exact cause of the problem:
You can go to Novells site and search for 420 at the following link:
Make sure that you mark Groupware in the select products catagories in order to focus the search area to GroupWise only.
