TCP read errors

Could someone shed light on the 420 tcp read errors I am getting on the smtp GW. It looks like it dosen't stop the mail from being sent, but delays the sending of the mail.

420 tcp read error messages can be caused by a number of different things. In GroupWise 5.5 you should enter the address in the To: line in the following format:

userid@domainname

A common problem is addressing it in the following format:

Internet:userid@domainname

If internet addressing is turned on then you can remove the Internet: from the beginning of the address.

Make sure that you mark Groupware in the select products catagories in order to focus the search area to GroupWise only.
