255.255.254.0

Please let me know if I've right?

255.255.252.0 gives you 62 nets at 1022 hosts ( 1024 minus wire and broadcast so you - 2)

255.255.254.0 gives 126 subnets and 510 hosts

I was going to post a short cut for figuring this out but at 11pm I'm too tired to remember all the details.
