I recently recovered from a virus on my gaming computer. I was re-installing my cable modem and I got an error when it was detecting my computers settings, it said "TCP/IP Protocol Not Detected." I have no idea what I am suppose to do to resolve this issue.

Also, could someone take a look at my hijackthis log?

UPDATE:

When I click install and select protocols these are the only items listed
- Network Monitor Drive
- Network IPX/SPX/Netbios Compatable Transport Protocol

Here is some more information on my computer.
OS: Windows XP Home Edition
OS2 Redhat Linux
NIC: Intel ® Pro/100 Server Adapter (On board, Intel Chipset 845E)

Problem might be something on my pc I didnt get to clean up yet.

From what i can tell, your TCP Stack is not installed
From the Control panel/system, can you at least see your network card?
If so, go to add software, select windows software and try to located and install the TCP/IP Stack.
