TCP Connection Timeout

I have BrightStor version 9.0 and get this error on the same server on every backup. I just tried a test backup on a couple of files on that server and got the same message. Here is the error:

E3392: Backup server TCP reconnection timeout.

I stopped and restarted the agent, but no luck. Any ideas?

Also ensure you patch up to the latest level:
