I have a CP100 and have both rj11's terminated to the KSU on dn235 and dn236 port 2 or (b) isn't lighting up on the CP100..any ideas why? My mind is a little mush right now..rough night..thanks all

The LED for port 2 may be out. I have had some units like this, but the port still works. To verify that it is working try doing F985 on 4 sets. If only 2 can say Set:XXX and the third and fourth phone say vm busy, then your port may be bad or cable is bad. If all four sets say Set: XXX then it works and you can be happy.
