Hi guys,

how can i tweak the system in able the incoming calls to be in the report?..

thanks.

To turn on Incoming CLID (since that appears all that is missing), do this:

To view settings, >LD 22, REQ prt TYPE parm - look at the CLID prompt. It should say YES

To change it, in the LD17 CFN "PARM" gateway, enter YES in response to CLID

Of course, you need PRI and should already be seeing Call ID on your phones.

and actually some data have the incoming calls and some have not.

Oh, I see that in the call records now. Some do and some dont. Then, the callers number is probably not being sent to you. If someone calls you from a remote area or an older central office switch, you just might not get CallerID from them.

The key is "If you don't see it on your phone, your CDR won't see it either"
