TBS - CALL DATABASE DON'T PRESENT ANY DATA

May be someone can help me.
I am testin a TBS - Telecom billing system.. I collect cdr, and I process it with a script (batch). All is good, i can see the information in the COLLECTION STATUS, and COLLECTION DATA...
The database CDRD001 increment his with and i can see the information inside it.

BUT when I tray to open de CALL DATABASE (in the TBS . EDIT --> CALL DATABASE) I can`t see any information, not appears any information and I know that i must see the collection information.

I think that maybe its a access problem.. but i don´t know how i can resolve it... I create new system but the problem continue and i don't like to reinstall.
 
I think your on the right track just had a site with a similar issue, problem was with trying to access the microsoft applications with the default admin user on TM. Had to have they're IT people make a change to allow this user access to the domain so they could use office tools.
 
One more thing to check; if you don't have costing set up you may not be able to see any records. Go through and set up cost tables then run a batch costing job, may correct your issue.
 
Thanks mendi44, i will investigate the user in the system. With relation to the cost configuration, i have the same problem with the EDIT --> TELEPHONE CONFIGURATION, so i can´t program all the information to the cost.
But in other installation that i made, without have the cost information, i can saw the CALL DATABASE. You can´t see any report without have cost information.
