taskmgr.exe not running from ctrl-alt-delete menu

Something strange )) has happened to my NT workstation. When I press ctrl-alt-delete there is a menu that comes up titled "Windows NT Security". One of the options is the Task Manager, which I use frequently to kill tasks and processes. When I click on the task manager button, nothing happens. I can still run taskmgr.exe, but I was searching for the registry entry that supports this menu to try and fix it.

Unfortunately this is not a regular program, so it's not easy to find. Anyone know how to locate this on NT?

Can you use ctrl-shift-esc to open task manager?

What about right clicking on the TaskBar and selecting Task Manager? Does this work? Jay~

Ctrl-shift-esc doesn't work.
Right-clicking on the task bar does work.
Of course I can always do a start-run-taskmgr.exe

Strrrrrange......try reinstallin the Service Pack you have, or get the latest one...
