Hi Outlook 2000 and Exchange 5.5
We have a mailbox called customer services and people have this added to there mail profile as an additional mailbox that they can view.
People add tasks into the task list of this mailbox but even although I have given everybody owner permissions on the tasks list they cannot modify or update any task that has not been created by them.
I have had a look at the delegates function but again this doesnt work.
The task reports who the owner is, and the owner is the only person who can update the task, is there a way to give modify/update permissions so that everyone can update a task not created by them selves?
Thanks, Damien
