Task Host is Stopping the Shutdown

I am running Windows 10 and recently when I shutdown my computer, the blue screen appears with this message: "Task Host is stopping the shutdown (\microsoft\windows\applistbackup\backupnonmaintenance).

Can anyone help me. I searched the internet for information about what this is, but did not find an answer. Thank you for your help.

See if this works out for you. Looks like something with fast start, or a small value in the registry can be edited under Computer ->HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SYSTEM -> CurrentControlSet -> Control
