Task Bar Button...how do you create a window without one

Hi,

I need to open a new window, but not have a button appear in the windows task bar. Does anyone know if this is possible?

you can with the window.showModelessDialog... but, it requires that its opener stay open. and it only works in IE..

do you know if it's possible to:

1. open the dialog without a title (preferred)
2. if not, specify the title

I looked around MS's site, but to no avail
