Task & Resource Columns

I have a Text column that I added in the Gantt chart. I would like the same column (along with the data entered) to appear in the Resource Usage View. Any help would be appreciated.

Project 2007 introduced two types of assignment extra fields - those visible in the Task Usage view (Task Assignment fields) and those visible in the Resource Usage view (Resource Assignment fields), and they are completely different.
