Hey there,

Client wants a zero-out option in individual extensions' mailboxes to go to a desired operator. E.g. I call in to AA, dial extension 225. x225 is not available, and while listening to their voicemail, I press 0 to be transferred to their "operator", lets say x224.

Apparently this used to work before. Does anyone know the name of the feature? Been combing the BCM manual but can't seem to find it.

Thanks

I think it's "Target Attendant" your after.
