Target lines

We a MICS with 6.1 software. We installed a DTI -T1. We assigned multiple target lines (set to Ring & appear) to each phone. We can answer first call to the target line, but the second call goes to their voicemail. We would like for each target line to ring 3 or 4 times then go to voicemail.

also must program more than 1 occurence of target line to recieve more than 1 call at assigned digital set

I set each target line appearances to three. I will check CFW busy.
