Target Lines?

hey i have a quick simple question how many target lines does a BCM 400 rlse 4 have?

What is that 251 I think.

which is strange because you only get 6 buses 2/6 split
maximum of 144 lines so if you put a T-1 in every bus (which you wouldn't do).
Maybe in the future there will be more buses available?

The busses have nothing to do with the amount of target lines you can have if you want you can make and assign all of them to phones voice mails AA's.

Exactly. You may have 64 phones, but have 200 unique DIDs that go to different skillsets and what not.

I've only run into one instance of running out of target lines, and that was back in the release 2.0 days before the number of target lines was expanded to 251.

Yep. You also need target lines for tie trunks/VoIP trunks too, but that has become easier since the systems now can have different private/public numbers on the same target line.
