Hello,
Here is my problem.

I have a BCM50 r.6 with all updates.
I have 6 SIP Trunk licences activated in my system.

I have recently added one (1) DID in my system.

The new DID has been added to the target line 127.

On set 223:
Target line 127 has been added
Control set 223
Line Type public
Prime set 223
On set 223 one (1) appearance key "app&ring" (set 223 has two (2) intercom keys)
On set 221 one (1) appearance key "apponly" (set 221 has five (5) intercom keys)

Here is my issue;
when I call target line 127 everything works perfect but if I make a second call to this target line 127 while the line is in use I do not recieve a busy signal even though I have programmed only on Appearance key for this line. The second call rings in the system but I cannot hear it. Set 221 has a flashing key where the target line 127 is programmed.

How do I get a busy signal when target line 127 is in use? Is there a way to control how many calls a target line can recieve?

Thanks

look in target line programming you should see an IF BUSY setting.

Thanks Hawks,

I tried to put it on if busy and the target line still rings in the system.

I also tried to change the target line to a DN* still rings in the system.

Then I removed the "APPonly" on DN 221 still rings in the system ?

Is there another place in the element manager where I can controll how many incoming calls a Target line can take ?

Thanks

Maybe that target line is programmed on another DN, make it Private to the DN it belongs to and re-program from scratch as making private wipes it out from other DN's.

Check the prime for the trunks and make it NONE.
But from the way you programmed the target 127 with prime as 223 the second call should ring the IC of 223.
Look at the lines in BCM Monitor to see what it's ringing.
