I installed Tapit EX software (demo version) last week.
The SMDR monitor works fine, which tells me that the connection between the G3si and the PC running Tapit is OK.
However, I cannot run any reports.
I do not use this particular product but there should be a file or files being created daily for the call data. If there is no data then there will be no reports.
Look in the directory to see if your data files are increasing in size. Many CAS allow you to view the call data stream in realtime, see your system has a similar option.
