Tapit Call Accouting software with Call Manager

Anyone using Tapit Call Accouting software? I have it installed and collecting data from the CDR database on the publisher CM. The software is installed on a WinXP PC. The connection to the CM is fine and the Tapit software actually sees the records in the CM. The CDR loader on the PC is configured to grab data from the SQL databse on the CM every 5 min. The CM only populates the database with new records every 24 hrs at midninght. All of a sudden the CDR no loger runs correctly. We can't get the records from the CM into the Tapit database. I've contacted Tapit support. They're useless. We changed some of the Tapit .ini files and got the program to run once. They said it should continue to run. We should not have to do anything manually to get the records in to the Tapit database.

Any suggestions?

This is an adjustable parameter in CallManager

That's correct. The parameter is configured that way on our Call Manager. We've made progress on this issue. We discovered what the problem is. The CallDetailRecord table in the CDR database has a GlobalCallid column in it. Tapit developers we're told that the Globalcallid will never change. They developed their software to read the records based on that information. It turns out that when the CM is rebooted, the GlobalcallID value in the CallDetailRecord table changes. The Tapit software basically becomes useless. We have both components back up and running to the customers satisfaction. We will have the same problem if the CM gets bounced for any reason. Tapit is working on a fix for the issue.
