Anyone using Tapit Call Accouting software? I have it installed and collecting data from the CDR database on the publisher CM. The software is installed on a WinXP PC. The connection to the CM is fine and the Tapit software actually sees the records in the CM. The CDR loader on the PC is configured to grab data from the SQL databse on the CM every 5 min. The CM only populates the database with new records every 24 hrs at midninght. All of a sudden the CDR no loger runs correctly. We can't get the records from the CM into the Tapit database. I've contacted Tapit support. They're useless. We changed some of the Tapit .ini files and got the program to run once. They said it should continue to run. We should not have to do anything manually to get the records in to the Tapit database.
