TAPI Users not showing

Hello All!

I have a customer with an IP 500 v1 and they are on version 5.0(18). When I install TAPI on a user's PC, the system is recognized, but only 8 of their 30 users show up. If you use one of the users that show up as the chosen user, the TAPI works fine. If you manually enter one of the other users, the TAPI driver does not work. Any ideas?
