TAPI Agent Interface Problem

Hi,
I'm writing a basic TAPI app which needs to login as an Agent and then drop a call.
I've downloaded and compiled the sample DevSpice app, which works fine connecting and disconnecting a call, however when I try to log in as an Agent, I get the message "Could not get Agent Interface from the Address". This is the same issue I'm getting in my app.
Any help on why the Agent Interface is not being returned will be greatly appreciated.
