Stop all services HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ ComputerAssociates \ ARCserveIT \ Base \ Task \ Key Name: DonotUseCatalogMerge Data Type: REG_DWORD Data: 0x1 Restart Services Run the Merge again..
