Is it possible to reset a forgotten admin password on the TALC Configuration Manager or is there a default?

Keep in mind the TALC card is basically a Reach Line Card, that's where I got the info

Does Telstrat still offer support?

Yes, I believe they are called Engage now

Nope, a quick check shows they are still called Telstrat and the system is called Engage. I haven't worked with them in a few years.
