Hi All,

Can someone help me with backup.
I want to backup list of configuration and log files located in /var, /etc, ...
How can I go about doing the same.

I am not sure but I guess I will have to list them in a file and then execute as below.
#cpio -ov list > /dev/rmt/0

Please can someone shed some light on this issue.

Thanks
