Taking a backup off UC110 with WinSCP

Trying to take a backup off of a UC110 module using WinSCP. I can log into voicemail pro client with Administrator username and password. I can log into 7071 with the same Administrator username and password. However when I try to use WinSCP with the same Administrator username and password I keep getting access denied. Are there any settings somewhere for allowing SFTP that maybe somehow got disabled? Any suggestions appreciated.

Depending on the version SFTP may be disabled in Linux. I would put a monitor and keyboard on the UC and try to log in at that prompt. It has been so long since I worked on a UCM I don't remember if it uses a different root login or not.
