Take results from a table and have them in a php confirmations email?

Hey guys. So I'm working on some stuff and I want to be able to have a person fill in the form with the product, and once everything (taxes etc.) is totaled, have that in a php confirmation email. I've got the mail function I'm wondering how to set it up so that its not jumbled and how to get the results into the email? thanks
