Casn someone tell me how to take off an ext off a phone?

what do i have to do to find what key it is on the phone. I just start programing the old system.

Cant you go to a phone, call the number, and see what key it's on? Or run a DNB on that number and it will show you where it appears.

Go to LD 20 an d do a DNB then a TNB... for example.

You'll want to pay attention to the TN and the key above. The TN is the phone's physical "address" in the phone system, and the key numbers start from the bottom right and up. In the example below, you'll see a complete print out of a phone.

So say you want to delete the extension in KEY 02. You'll have to put in the phone type (in my case, a 3904, your site may have 2008, 2616, etc...). Put in YES when prompted at ECHG (easy change), then nul out the key, hit enter a few times and you're done. Pretty simple.
