Does anyone know of a way to tag a call with a name when it calls the main number and chosses an option from the main menu in Symposium ? And to keep that tag on the call till it reaches its destination? They want to see on the screen in example "NEED POLISH TRANSLATION"
 
You could name it using a DCNO. You would have to send it out and back in to the PBX. This is an ugly solution so I hope someone comes up with something more elegant.
