Core Nortel ERS-5520 set as a L3 switch/router.
Second Nortel ERS-5520 set as a L2 switch no routing. It has 3 VLAN's (VLAN 100, VLAN 200, VLAN 300). Port 45 is set to tagAll(Trunk) and it is a member of those 3 VLAN's.
Trunk port is connected to port 45 on the Core L3 switch.

On the Core switch I've created 3 routable VLAN's (VLAN 100, VLAN 200, VLAN 300) and made port 45 member of those 3 VLAN's.
My question is.
Which tagging mode should I use for the Core switch port 45,
(tagAll(Trunk) mode, untagAll(access), tagPvidOnly or untagPvidOnly)???

Thanks

You'd set it to Tag All on both ends, assuming that those VLANs need to be accessible from both the core 5520 and the 5520 in L2 mode.
