Tag DDI Number 2

Hi,

VERSION=CXP1010102/4/TSWSP5GB1.45/R6A is there any way of tagging/identifying a DDI call to a switch board other than the trunk given.
The reason we had an additional main number that will be answered if unanswered at extension level will go to the switchboard but it needs to answered differently?
Call will come on an SL60 is this possible?

Hi

I do not have Alex in front of me but you can select trunk id or number in an ASPAC.

If you are using DNA OWS, put entry for number in DMG saying customer name (last 4 digits is usual), and customer name is displayed when called, so you can have entries for each incoming number by name displayed in OWS.

Untick 'ext must belong to a number series' in DMG options to put the entries in.
