I have a P2P tie line setup between an Op11c and a dialer.

When I dial the ACOD for that route I am getting a busy signal.

I have checked the TARG (01) and TGAR (0) so obviously its not a problem there as that should work based on what I read\remember.

Here is the RDB for that route, anything I am obviosly missing

Did you stat the loop in Ld 60? Are all channels idle?

Really, the phones are TGAR 0 ? I ask because "Default" is TGAR 1 - which would mean you could not dial the ACCD - you would get a fast busy.

First, define "busy signal" as "slow/normal" or "fast/reorder"

If fast busy, trunks do not exist or are disabled or youi are restricted.

If slow/normal busy, trunks are all in use or lockout.

NCOS does not apply to dialing ACOD's. NCOS only applies to calls that dial AC1 or AC2.

Thanks for all the responses!

1. Trunk groups are idle (loops 4, 5 and 6)
2. This phone can dial another ACOD without issue so I am printing these 2 out to compare.
3. Its a fast busy and confirmed the phones are TGAR 0

Here is a print of the phone

Code:
DES BOSS
TN 024 0 00 12
TYPE 3904
CDEN 8D
CUST 0
FDN 5256
TGAR 0
LDN NO
NCOS 7

Is this something that has been working and now has stopped for some reason or is this a new setup?

If these are new, and you are just turning them up, try toggling the Route 20 MANO prompt to YES

Although your symptoms don't perfectly match what MANO solves, I suppose since you are there and we are here, I should toss out that idea.

Essentially it is a new setup.

Comparing the two trunk groups is not 100% similar in this case because the one they can dial is a TKTP DID ISDN(PRI) and the one they can not dial is a TKTP TIE

If you change the phone CLS to UNR and it works, that is a clue that MANO will solve it for all other users.

1. Changed CLS on the TN to UNR

2. Changed MANO to yes on the RDB

Still no luck..

here is a TRCK of the originating TN in LD 80 it shows it going to ROUTE 20 whjich is the right route for this trunk group.

Code:
 TN 024 0 00 12
KEY 2 SCR MARP ACTIVE TN 024 0 00 12
ORIG 024 0 00 12 2 SCR MARP 0 5231 3904
TERM 006 24 TIE RMBR 20 72
DIAL DN 8120
MAIN_PM DIAL AUX_PM OUTPULSE
TALKSLOT ORIG 6 TERM 10
EES_DATA:
NONE
QUEU 128
CALL ID 0 137

PDCA 1 PAD 0 6 PCML MU MU

There's no fast or slow busy on that call. The call seems to have completed...or at least will complete.

The busy sig may be coming from the other system?
