Tablet PC: won't play movie files (WMV) in windows media player

Guys,
I am looking for some help. We got a Toshiba Portege M200 and the windows media player that came with the tablet will not play any movie files (the audio works, just no picture).

we have re-installed WMP (ver 10) to no avail. Anyone got any ideas?

I have the Portege M200, and no problem playing movies (avi, wmv, mov, ...). Is it just .wmv that doesn't work?

Have you tried viewing on something other than the windows player?
