Tables change colors, when on red the table number disappears. Any way to keep the table number?

Hi everyone,

another problem I am having with our new system.

When a table is in use it changes colors as the service of that table progresses. Once the table reached the color red the number on that table disappears. Not a huge deal, but when we are training new bussers etc, they use the screen as the floor map to see where to run food and it would be helpful if the numbers stayed on the tables throughout the entire dining process.
