Tables and images resizing on minimize

My tables keep changing their width apon minimize. I know that, that is what they are soposto do, but I also know there is a way to stop it but I dont know what it is! I want them to always be the same size even if the window is minimized. PLEASE help me! This is a business site and I need to finish it soon... Thank you so much!

Set the table with fix width on each col. and also the table itself.

I have done that... They still resize on minimize... =( I tried everything that I can thing of! Thanks though

Thanks so much! That was such a blonde moment error... I should have known to set um as pixels instead of %'s lol DUH
