Table to copy

I have a table (it is a forum script) called posts that contains a large amount of content, and I am having problems in copy those contents to the new database. I am using phpmyadmin, but because the export file of the the table posts is 24mb phpmyadmin seems to crash when I run the sql info.
Anyone know other way to copy of to pass this table content to the new database? I dont have access to the mysql shell.
