Table or Index file corrupt ?

Hi all,
My problem is I can not add record to a table.
Actually, I add new record in my form and this form use view which go to the table.
First, I guess that it's index problem. Therefore, I pack and reindex the table but it didn't solve the problem.
Then, I try insert sql command. After inserting a record by insert sql command. I can add new record via my form.
Any idea ? TIA

When you say you cannot add a record, what is the error message you are getting.

There is no error. But when I browse the table, I could not find the new record.

Do you have a tableupdate() somewhere?
