I'm a new user of InDesign (2.0) Book palette.
How do I view what I have set up for the Table of Contents and Index, so I can see if it's correct? The deadline is near!

Unfortunately, I don't have InDesign 2 to offer a better solution. InDesign CS has a tutorial in the help file on creating an index and table of contents. Have you looked in the help file or user manual for instructions?

Hi dere.

Open InDesign, press F1 for help. Then check pages:

Creating a table of contents
Creating an index

Or, you can also find Table Of Contents and Index on the index of the help file itself.

HTH, and have a happy new year :)
