Hello,

I have another question in reference to my previous topic : Splitting Records in 3 groups.

I am trying to make a price list in Crystal Reports. I used to make the price list in excel where I would type it all manually, but now I want to do it directly from the MS SQL database so I dont forget to add new products or change prices.

Atm i have a list sorted with custom sort. That way I can put related product groups together instead of making an a-z sort.

First its sorted (custom sort) on Assortment, wich is a seperate field in my Items list, then it is sorted on brand (a-z) where I sorted it on part of field (my previous topic).

Now what I want to do is make an index page/table of content where it shows the page number and what Assortiment is on the page number.

Is there a way to do this in Crystal Reports or is this only possible in an Excel sheet manually?

Does the T of C have to appear at the beginning of the report?

If the final destination is a pdf export, an alternative is to use one of the 3rd-party tools listed at:
My Visual CUT software allows you to add bookmarks and a Table of Contents to pdf exports from Crystal. Here's an example of what the result looks like:
- Ido

view, e-mail, export, burst, distribute, and schedule Crystal Reports.
