I have a table that hold "project information"

Project Number
Project Name 1
Project Name 2
Project Street
Project City
Project State
Project Zip

I would like to have this information appear on my reports in the header. When I "Add Existing Fields" to the report it wants to create a relationship. All I need is the information to appear on my reports. Is their a way to add the informtion to the report without having it create a relationship?

Sorry title should read, Table information in REPORT, not form.

Who may use the DLookUp function in the ControlSource of a TextBox

Hope This Helps, PH.

How does your report know which Project to display in the header if there is no relationship? Don't you have multiple project records?

I typically use a subreport for "header" type information so I can re-use it on other reports.

Just a single project record. The DLookUp worked out well.

Thank You
