Table Extraction in SQL 7.0

I'm running SAP with NT 4.0 and SQL 7.0.
Some of my tables got corrupted and I need to extract this tables from database that was backed up prior to the incident . I have my restored database and the prolog1.db file in a disk by itself in one of my workstations running windows 2000 advance server.
How or what do I use to extract the corrupted tables into a text or ascii file?

use the DTS import/export wizard, very easy to use. select tables in EM so your tables are listed in the right hand pane, right click somewhere in the right hand pane, choose all tasks, export data
