I have had to go back and add some new fields to a table in my database. (the database is replicated but I am working in the design master) At times I can add a field (in design view), close and save and when I re-open it the field has disappeared. I go back and enter it again in design view and when closing get a error message that this name has been used already. Sometimes when I open the table at a later time the "disappearing" field has re-appeared. What's going on?
