In a small library database, I have created a form for the entry of new books. To prevent that the same author has appears under different authornames, I want a subfom with tabcontrol on it. Each tab has the letter of the alphabet and clicking the tab shows al the authors (from table authors) with the name beginning with that letter.
I have this working in acces 7 using the directions and the control delivered with book "programming in acces7". But starting to use acces2000 it was not possible to convert it. Also building it new, gives me trouble, because the now available controls (I prefer to use micrsoft tabstripcontrol version 6) use other definitions.
