I have a multi site CM R6.0 each site requires their own
TAAS setup, all documentation references Ext. Alert Port for
TAAS under Console Parameters, however R6.0 this field is not there. I setup a Hunt Group with night destination, and
on the Receptionist Phone gave it a Hunt-NS button for the hunt group I created when activated the incoming call rings
the night destination extension, however if you dial the
TAAS code you get busy tone. This is due to the fact that
this extension has no association with TAAS. The Ext. Alert
Port does show up in Tenant Partitioning, This is a main
location R6.0 with up to 12 sites that will be installed. Tenant partitioning only allows up to 100 entries, and the
system can support up to 250 locations. If anyone has encountered this problem and can advise me what needs to be
administered please let me know.
