How many lines this phone can handle? How does it connect to an MICS or ICS switch?

This phone can handle up to five lines. It will attach to any Norstar.

if you are not talking of simultaneous calls ...then any phone can handle all the calls in the system.

or this being a 6 button phone ...can handle 6 calls at one time ..uptil 6.0 this emulates a 7310 phone
