T7406 Configuration Problem

I am installing a CICS 6.0 with 3 T7406 telephones. The problem I am having is the first 2 T7406 telephones come up and work fine but the 3rd set will not come up. I have tried different telephones and base stations, verified the configuration and programming. I have tested the port in the switch.
If anyone has any ideas I would appericate it.
 
Have you played with the dip switches on the base unit there are switches that have to be set to see all 3 units on the base station. Hope this helps.

Also make sure you make the security code the same on all 3 sets but ONLY SEND it to the base station with the first handset and make the ID's all different eg Handset 1 =1 Handset2 =2 Handset 3=3...I think this is option #7

Sometimes best to default all sets and start again.

does the third set say scaning? is the antenna icon appearing? if not the handsets are defective. i had 2 of 6 bad handsets in one new install.

The problem has been resolved. I had one set that was defective and defaulting the programming and starting over resolved the problem.
